MATTER includes all the strategic, logistical, practical action steps that move you towards manifesting your dreams into reality. I’m here as a teacher, accountability ally, life stylist, creative alchemy mentor and relentless advocate for your innate gifts to blossom. This is where I get real geeky with handouts, spreadsheets, copywriting, calendars, planning, book recommendations, and strategic genius.

 

Level TWO: SPIRIT

SPIRIT includes the underlying energetics of change that are crucial to fulfill your soul’s mission. I'm here as a spiritual-advisor and soul-ally to help you obliterate your limiting beliefs, encode new beliefs, expand possibility, clear + protect your energetic field, lift barriers to your self-worth, and support the continual process of awakening from the illusions of loneliness, victimization and saviorism. 

 

I invite you into physical, mental, energetic and spiritual embodiment. Build a foundation of self understanding, nervous system tending and soul nourishment, so you’re free to expand and stretch sky-high without losing your ground.
