“The Goods” is a monthly edition intended to share the love and spread the word about people, products and services I authentically support. It’s my hope that by sharing with you some of the things that are inspiring and supporting me, you’ll give them a try in your own life and experience some of the same benefits I’m receiving.

It's August, it's Leo season, and I'm a lioness in her element :)

This month I turned 40 on August 6th, then Ben and I celebrated our 4-year wedding anniversary on the 18th. A season of landmarks and celebrations!

Without further adieu, here's a seemingly random assortment of things that's feeding this Leo these days:

Cheap. Portable. Pleasing to the nose. Refillable. And it works!

If you've got a mane that gets oily but prefer not to shampoo your whole head too often like me, pick this up at your local TJ's. It's great.

[for your face] Gua Sha Empress Stone by Wildling

I've used this gua sha stone since April. The transformation is real! Even if I didn't get aesthetic results, I'd still use it daily because of how incredibly relaxed I feel afterward. Who knew our faces held so much tension? And the amazing news is I actually have noticed my wrinkles soften, more glow and more radiance, and I swear my cheekbones are more pronounced... Ben attests to all of this ;)

Wildling does a lot of tutorials and education via IG and YouTube. Totally worth the small investment and 7 minutes each morning to relax and brighten your face. After all, it is people's first impression of us!

When I need some good laughter medicine, I let myself spend a few minutes taking in amb's latest meme collections on IG.

They are hilarious. Comic gold. Good for the soul!
