For over 10 years, I’ve facilitated guidance, embodiment, creativity, healing and transformation in a variety of spirit-led settings.

  • Holistic healing: movement, breathwork, plant medicine, physic clearing + protection, energy balancing, meditation, mindfulness and more

  • Integrative, therapeutic coaching: I’m a certified Integrative Nutrition Coach + Integrative Changework Coach, a RYT, an ordained minister and an experienced space-holder

  • Creativity & self-expression: a published author, writer and musician, I create brave spaces for us to be expressed and witnessed in the full range of our humanity

  • Group & individual facilitation: I lead corporate trainings, wellness retreats, classes + workshops, 1:1 client immersions, community choirs, and group rituals & ceremonies

I’ve published a book, created self-study courses, provide monthly workshops and classes online, lead group programs and masterminds, and offer one-on-one personalized coaching and mentorships.
